Windows 7: what's in the box and do you need it?
16th Nov 2009
by
Charlotte Quickenden
As a consultancy we are repeatedly asked for advice when a client is considering a purchase.
To just give the answer or opinion could seem as though we've not considered all the options thoroughly.
But to give a background, a solution and a prediction could however, be timely (and we all know what time means -MONEY!).
So having read this independent article by the Business IT Guide on Windows 7, I thought I'd post it here we can then point our clients to it, they can do their own reading on the subject and we can skip straight to the point...will it benefit their business or when is it the right time to upgrade!
Happy research http://bit.ly/42jugU

4th Nov 2009
by
Andy Collyer
The UK mail server was affected by an issue with the network gateway, which was causing high latency. The servers were still up, but responding a lot slower.
Everything is now back to normal - thanks again for your patience.
